Singer & songwriter R.kelly pleads not guilty to charges including count of racketeering, kidnapping, forced labour and other several sexual abuse charges.
On 2 August Friday, The disgraced superstar- who for decades has faced sexual abuse accusations - was brought to the Brooklyn courthouse from Chicago, where he was being held without bond on separate federal charges linked to child pornography.
Two Girlfriends , some family members were in courtroom along with dozen of fans.
At the end the judge ordered that the singer remains in custody pending his trial and denied the bail.
Kelly was arrested in Chicago last month on two separate federal grand jury indictments in llinois and New York. The indictments allege Kelly recruited women for sex, persuaded people to conceal that he had sexual contact with teenage girls and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars buying back missing videotapes that showed him having sex with teenaged girls.
In addition to the charges, there are accusations in the court documents that Kelly , his managers , bodyguards and other assistants targeted women and girls at concerts and other venues to allegedly abuse them.
